DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship all of our domestic orders USPS Priority Mail. Shipping Charges are determined at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
We will contact you ASAP with the exact amount shipping charge in the event your order is shipping internationally for your approval. You may cancel any order if you believe the shipping cost is too high. Your payment will be refunded when the order is cancelled.
If an item you are ordering is not currently in stock we will make every attempt to have it sent from the factory as expediently as possible. In some rare cases this could take from 2 to 6 weeks, we will notify you immediately if this situation occurs.Your business is important to us and we will make every effort to ship your purchase as timely as possible.
We accept exchanges as outlined below:
Shipping costs will also be assessed on returned items which are purchased by special order or through our web store. If you received free shipping on your item, we will deduct what we paid for shipping from the refund on a return. This fee will be waived on an exchange, however you will be required to ship the item back to us.
